Exercise and Therapy Programs

This is a directory of Parkinson's Disease exercise and therapy programs that are listed with PPSG. Although we try to keep the list as current as possible, details are always changing, so call the contact number before you attend a program or class.

All community colleges have a variety of adapted physical education classes at various sites. Adapted PE classes are taught by specially trained instructors and individualized for the personal needs of the students. People with Parkinson's Disease are welcome in these classes, but should visit before registering.
